A wonderful miniature photo album pendant with a brass case. It has a floral engraved pattern on both sides outside, with a grooved binding. There is a small bolt ring at the top so it could be fitted through and worn as a necklace. It has 4 tiny portraits inside which all have individual patterned borders. The quality is very good and the detailing is excellent.
The album dates from the 1890s.
The photo album measures 2.2cm x 2cm x 0.5cm approx when closed.
The condition is very good considering the age of it. The portraits as mentioned before are very good quality for such a tiny size. The case is marked in places and worn due to general wear and tear. The hinge is a loose but it still closes up securely.
