UK DELIVERY

Free UK delivery on orders over £100 - orders over £100 quality for free Special Delivery Tracked for a secure, next day* guaranteed service that requires a signature on arrival.  (*orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday).

Orders under £100 - Standard delivery is charge at £3.99 and sent via Royal Mail Tracked.  Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Need it faster? - You can upgrade to Special Delivery Tracked & Signed for £7.99, ideal for next day delivery.

Orders under £20 - You may choose Standard First Class for £1.99.  This typically arrives the next working day but can take up to 5 days depending on Royal Mail.

Please note that any order placed after 1pm on Fridays or over the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.  No P.O. Box deliveries are allowed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At the moment, orders are unable to be processed internationally, however, this is being updated.  Please contact me if you have any questions at all.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If there are any delays or issues with your order, I'll contact you directly to keep you updated. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, l'll do my best to help resolve the issue, including contacting Royal Mail on your behalf.

However, Cobble & Green cannot assume responsibility for items marked as Delivered or In Transit by Royal Mail. Every item is packed with care and sent using the most secure service appropriate for its value.

RETURNS

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, I accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.
