A charming mini travel case styled as a miniature suitcase, ideal for storing cufflinks, watches or jewellery items. This is a very characterful valet case which features a tan leatherette exterior and handle with a brass clasp catch.
The interior reveals a soft lining and removable tray with two velvet pads with central fabric buttons, originally designed to cushion items when travelling. Removing the upper tray reveals a larger lower section for other essential items.
Dimensions - 19.5cm x 14.8cm x 7.5cm.
It dates to the 1930s.
Condition - Good condition overall with age, appropriate wear and patina. Clasp works. Displays surface scuffs and a small area of finish wear to the tan exterior (see detailed photos). Fully functional and structurally sound. No key.
