An antique Victorian seal sample into a red wax with initials. It is in a wonderful circular box which has a twist lid.
There is a label inside branded Jarretts Heraldic Offices in Regent Street, London.
The diameter of the box is 4cm approximately.
The seal dates from the 1880s.
The condition of the box is excellent and of the label. The wax seal itself is good but it does have two cracks on the outside as can be seen in the photographs. It is still a very good example of a Victorian seal wax.
