DELIVERY & RETURNS

UK DELIVERY

  • Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £100 - Orders over £100 qualify for free Special Delivery (Signed For) - a secure, next-day* guaranteed service that requires a signature on arrival.  (*Orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.)
  • Orders Under £100 - Standard delivery is charged at £3.99 and sent via Royal Mail Tracked (Signed For).  Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
  • Need It Faster? - You can upgrade to Special Delivery (Signed For) for £7.99, ideal for next-day delivery.
  • Small Orders (under £19.99) - You may choose Standard First Class for £1.99. This typically arrives the next working day but can take up to 5 days depending on Royal Mail.

Please note: Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or over weekends will be shipped the following Monday.  P.O.Box deliveries are not available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Europe & International Shipping - A flat rate of £35 applies to all international orders. Items are shipped via Royal Mail Airsure (Tracked & Signed) - a secure, insured service with an estimated delivery time of up to 10 working days.
  • Duties & Import Taxes - International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions that may apply. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Cobble & Green is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or items rejected or restricted by your country's regulations. It's your responsibility to ensure that items are permitted and meet your local laws.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If there are any delays or issues with your order, I'll contact you directly to keep you updated. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, l'll do my best to help resolve the issue, including contacting Royal Mail on your behalf.

However, Cobble & Green cannot assume responsibility for items marked as Delivered or In Transit by Royal Mail. Every item is packed with care and sent using the most secure service appropriate for its value.

RETURNS

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, I accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.
