A small envelope for a prescription addressed to a Mrs Jackson.  Prepared by Good, formerly Cundell Chemist of 47 Minories, Opposite John Street in London. It has a stamp on the back which includes an initial and plain circular border.  The envelope is empty.

It is dated 1874.

The envelope measures 111mm x 65mm when closed.

As can be seen from the photographs there are marks on this envelope on both sides due to the age of it.  However it is still a super little historical document.  There are other prescription envelopes as well as other historical ephemera items on here so please do take a look as they are really interesting.
